This training will provide participants with essential skills required
to offer the best professional approach when working to resolve anti
social behaviour and support service users through this process. It is
equally applicable for those who are working in sheltered/supported
housing and those working within other areas of social housing.
Participants will develop their skills and understanding of their role
in the provision of support to both victims and perpetrators of
anti-social behaviour and how to access support from other agencies.
The course is also valuable for those from allied professions who wish
to develop their understanding of the role that social housing can play
in working towards resolving anti-social behaviour.
A range of training methods will be used in delivering the course
content. This will assist in ensuring effective input of course
material. Participants will be encouraged to take an active part in each
