Book Online

General Information

With the launch of the new ‘REFRESHED QAF’ it is important that all staff involved in the delivery of housing related support services – from service managers to those at the front line - understand and can implement the new requirements of the QAF.  This one-day training event will enable participants to develop their understanding of the Refreshed QAF and their ability to ensure that they adhere to the new standards being introduced.  It is designed to help participants to identify and understand the importance of establishing practical working strategies that conform with the refreshed QAF and how to put these into practice within the workplace setting.

This event is designed specifically for those who provide housing related support and allied social care professionals who interact with housing related support providers.  It would also be applicable to board members and tenant representatives to provide them with a clearer insight and understanding of the need for the service to comply with the requirements of the refreshed QAF.  Others working in similar environments or who have a particular interest in this subject may also find the training of interest.

A range of training methods will be used in delivering the course content. This will assist in ensuring effective input of course material. Participants will be encouraged to take an active part in each session.
