Vocational and Inter-Personal Training through the SHN E-Learning Centre

SHN's on-line E-Learning events enable organisations to book individual staff members onto specific courses and training events on a number of topics according to the staff members individual training needs.

One of the great benefits is that there is no need to attend a college.  Instead, you can schedule training time without the need to release staff from their daily duties (and perhaps the need to subsequently find replacement cover).  Instead, you can schedule blocks of time within a working day when the staff member completes a section of the course content.

There are a range of topics available within our selection of short training events including:

On successful completion a CPD certificate is awarded.  This provides the staff member and your organisation with valuable evidence that staff competency in this topic has been externally verified by a Nationally Recognised Specialist Training Provider within the Housing Related Support sector.
