modular training course is designed for those who are
responsible for the management of staff and services of
sheltered housing.
The course consists of four modules, each covering a specific
area of practice that is relevant to the management of
sheltered housing.
Course Fees = £775 inclusive of accreditation and
registration fees. SHN members qualify for a 10%

The course is delivered in an 'Open Learning' format and
is supported by a number of study days. On
successful completion of the course students will be
awarded a Nationally Accredited Qualification Award that
they can use to provide evidence of their knowledge and
competencies of this subject.

course can also be delivered ‘In-House’ making it an
extremely cost effective way of enabling your staff team
to gain and develop the necessary skills to provide a
quality service.
