General Information
This one-day course addresses the problems staff may face when working
out of the office environment. Specifically when having to visit clients
in their own homes. The course is designed primarily for people who work
in a position that calls for them to be carrying out home visits or in a
community setting away from a structured establishment. Office based
front line staff who travel to and from various places of work may also
find this course beneficial. A range of training methods will be used in
delivering the course content. This will assist in ensuring effective
input of course material. Participants will be encouraged to take an
active part in each session.
