Are Your Lone Workers Safe?

The 'AUTOPAGE' automatic tracking system can help you to support them

The 'Autopage' Lone Worker System is designed to assist any organisation that is responsible for the Health and Safety of personnel who may need to work at remote locations without immediate supervision.  It provides a way for you to reliably monitor people who are working alone away from your premises. The system uses automated mobile phone text messaging.

Monitor many individuals at multiple locations

Simple, fail-safe operation

Low running costs

A panic button on any mobile phone

Loud alarms in case of emergencies

Workers can be 'booked-on' by a supervisor from the user interface, in which case the Lone Worker will be notified automatically, and the supervisor can check that the notification has been received. Alternatively, Lone-Workers can book themselves on by sending an SMS message to the system. The system will send a response confirming duty details.

Each worker is 'booked-on' for a specific period of time. It is also possible to set up regular check calls in case the duty period is particularly long. Both check calls and book off calls are made using simple SMS messages.

If any worker fails to check in or book off, a reminder message is sent. Workers must respond to this reminder within 5 minutes to prevent an alarm situation.

Panic Button feature: Uses the speed dial function available on most mobile phones to request help without any need to speak.
The system must be monitored at a central location in order to be considered fail-safe. It also has the capability to alert remote supervisors in the event of an alarm.

The Autopage Lone Worker System, including a Wavecom Fastrack 1200 GSM Modem, Aerial, Data Cable and Mains Power Supply starts at £995 + VAT. The system is completely scaleable and can utilise direct SMSC connections for very high volumes of traffic.
