Information
With the launch
of the new ‘REFRESHED QAF’ it is important that all staff involved in
the delivery of housing related support services – from service managers
to those at the front line - understand and can implement the new
requirements of the QAF. This one-day training event will enable
participants to develop their understanding of the Refreshed QAF and
their ability to ensure that they adhere to the new standards being
introduced. It is designed to help participants to identify and
understand the importance of establishing practical working strategies
that conform with the refreshed QAF and how to put these into practice
within the workplace setting.
This event is
designed specifically for front line staff who provide housing related
support and allied social care professionals who interact with housing
related support providers. It would also be applicable to board members
and tenant representatives to provide them with a clearer insight and
understanding of the need for the service to comply with the
requirements of the refreshed QAF. Others working in similar
environments or who have a particular interest in this subject may also
find the training of interest. A range of training methods will be used
in delivering the course content. This will assist in ensuring effective
input of course material. Participants will be encouraged to take an
active part in each session.
