This event is
designed to enable participants to understand how to carry out
assessments of need & risk and to draw up support plans & risk
management plans within the context of the Refreshed QAF
Suitable for
All support
staff who carry out assessments, develop individual support plans & risk
management plans, review these and key work clients. It is also suitable
for team leaders and managers who are responsible for the management of
support staff and the monitoring of outcomes.
A range of
training methods will be used in delivering the course content. This
will assist in ensuring effective input of course material. Participants
will be encouraged to take an active part in each session.
