This
modular training course will enable participants to work towards
the promotion and development of a quality service within their
workplace.
The course consists of four modules, each covering a specific area of
practice that is relevant to the creation of a quality service.
The
course can be adapted and run ‘in-house’ to support working
parties currently involved in reviewing service.
Course Fees = £675 inclusive of

Implementing and
Sustaining a Quality Service
ABOUT THE COURSE:
This course is designed for those
who are currently involved in implementing, or keen to develop, a
quality service in sheltered housing. Participants will expand and develop their skills, knowledge
and understanding of quality systems and delivering a ‘model of
excellence’ within sheltered housing services.
By the end of the course

The course is delivered in an 'Open Learning' format and
is supported by a number of study days. On
successful completion of the course students will be
awarded a Nationally Accredited Qualification Award that
they can use to provide evidence of their knowledge and
competencies of this subject.
The
course can also be delivered ‘In-House’ making it an
extremely cost effective way of enabling your staff team
to gain and develop the necessary skills to provide a
quality service.
