What is
the 'Host Organisation' expected to provide?
We ask that you provide a venue that is a
suitable environment to conduct training in and that can accommodate
approximately 20 (dependent upon the event). The venue
should preferably be easy to access by both road and rail. You would
be required to provide tea/coffee for delegates and a flipchart,
pad and markers also need to be provided. We provide
lunches via a contracted caterer
What do we get out of hosting?
You receive one free place on the event
you are hosting and any further places at a greatly discounted
rate. Furthermore, if you host four or more events in a
year you receive one years complimentary corporate membership of
The Sheltered Housing Network giving even further discounts on
the training and other services that we provide.
How
do we become an SHN Host Organisation?
E-mail our training
team at training@shn.org.uk to let us know that you are interested in
hosting an event, giving us your preferred contact details. We will
then arrange for someone to contact you to discuss this more fully.
