This is a modular training course that
will enable you to gain a working knowledge of the
function and concepts of sheltered housing.

consists of four modules, each covering a specific area
of practice that is relevant to sheltered housing.

ABOUT THE COURSE:
This
course is designed for those who are looking to, or have
just commenced work in sheltered housing and those who
seek to gain a greater understanding of the concept and
principles of sheltered housing services.
It is an ideal induction for new staff, tenant
representatives and those working in allied professions
whose work brings them in contact with sheltered housing
services.
This

The course is delivered in an 'Open Learning' format and
is supported by a number of study days. On
successful completion of the course students will be
awarded a Nationally Accredited Qualification Award that
they can use to provide evidence of their knowledge and
competencies of this subject.
The
course can also be delivered ‘In-House’ making it an
extremely cost effective way of enabling your staff team
to gain and develop the necessary skills to provide a
quality service.
