Your INDEPENDENT ASSESSMENT prior to an SP review

SHN can provide an independent assessment prior to your organisations SP review.  The benefit of using an external source rather than conducting an internal mock assessment is that an external assessment can be seen as more objective.  SHN assessors are specialists in their field and have a proven track record in successfully obtaining high scoring reviews with SP administering authorities.

Using SHN to conduct an independent review prior to your SP Review is a cost effective option that removes the stress and pressure of organising an internal mock assessment, leaving you to get on with running the service.  Our experienced assessors will advise you what your organisation needs to do in order to effectively prepare for your SP Review and achieve a successful outcome.

SHN will complete the mock assessment, submit our findings and your organisation could close any gaps or SHN can work on this for you in preparation for your organisations SP review.

Option Two

This includes a desktop audit of all relevant documentation in relation to the requirements of your SP contract and also interviewing a sample selection of clients and staff.  SHN will submit our findings and your organisation could close any gaps or SHN can work on this for you in preparation for your organisations SP review.
