Who Course is for:
Staff working and
delivering service to tenants/lessees living in sheltered housing and who,
through their role:

Provide
support to service users, |

Liaise
with other agencies with regard to obtaining appropriate support for
service users |
This course may also be beneficial for those line managers
with a responsibility for staff involved in the running of sheltered housing
schemes. It will enhance understanding and learning about the practical issues
staff may face and enable managers to provide a more positive role in supporting
such staff.
Course Content
Overall aim of the course:
To
enable staff to have a clear understanding of the support plan process.
To
assist staff in developing a pro-active approach that is ‘person centred’
when setting up and reviewing support plans.
