SHN Training Services are recognised as leaders in the field of specialist high quality training provision.   We are a dynamic and forward thinking service that delivers quality vocational and inter-personal training including nationally accredited courses throughout the UK and Ireland to the Housing Related Support sector & social care providers.

We pride ourselves in the high standards and quality of our service.  All SHN Accredited Learning Facilitators (tutors & trainers) adhere to the highest standards including:

·         Holding a Teaching / Training Qualification in The Lifelong Learning Sector

·         Are registered with The Institute for Learning

·         Maintaining an on-going CPD Programme

·         Having qualifications in their specialism’s

·         Belonging to a relevant professional association

Your Opportunity to Achieve the above!

During the delivery of our training, we often meet students / delegates who show an interest in becoming trainers / tutors but do not have the necessary qualifications to do so.  Our success has been built on the fact that all SHN Learning Facilitators have a strong working background and knowledge of Housing Related Support.  We actively encourage and support those from the housing related support sector who wish to branch out into the field of training.  With this aim in mind, SHN have developed the SHN Accredited Learning Facilitators Training Programme.
